Postpartum Support
Postpartum support is so beneficial for every family as they adjust to life with a newborn at home. Postpartum doulas are trained to assist with:
- Breastfeeding support & Breast pump guidance
- Emotional support during the physical recovery from birth
- Assistance with newborn care such as: bathing, feeding, diapering, and soothing
- Cleaning and sanitation of baby supplies
- Breastmilk storage
- Baby laundry and organization
- Light sibling care
- Help establishing routines
- Referrals to local resources if needed
All postpartum support is handled directly by Doulas Keri and Alex.
Perinatal Reiki
Reiki is a hands on healing modality that clears toxic energy out of the body and replaces it with high vibration universal life force energy. It supports the immune system, brings the body into a state of balance and harmony, and calms the nervous system. All good things for birthing bodies! Reiki is a wonderful choice for those pregnant and postpartum searching for a holistic approach to relaxation, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Newborn Care & Postpartum Prep Class
1 private 2 hour class $250 for 2 people

Our Newborn Care Class and Postpartum Prep session takes place in the comfort and privacy of your own home before baby arrives. This class can include up to 4 people in an exclusive and focused session. This is a space where all your questions can be answered and a realistic plan can be set in place so everyone knows how to best support each other. Materials are yours to keep.

Fertility Support

And what on earth is the fertility awareness method? Having a fertility doula hold you hand and explore options with you can make all the difference.
