A guide for your individual needs

I’ve been passionate about women, birth, and all things reproductive & sexual health for all of my adult life. After studying Psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, I went on to receive a Master’s degree in Public Health at Tulane University with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health. Through the years, I have found myself volunteering with health promoters in the highlands of Guatemala, interning with the United Nations in Peru, and doing healthcare research for Planned Parenthood of New York City.

I came kicking and screaming to Texas but quickly fell in love with all things Houston. My husband and I opened a few neighborhood coffee houses and bars, and have found an incredible, long-lasting community through them. Most recently, I have returned to my passion for reproductive health & justice through the Full-Spectrum Doula program with Birthing Advocacy Doula Training (BADT). I enter this next phase in life with an open heart, filled with gratitude.

I feel called to ensure that every person receives the high-quality healthcare that we all deserve. Through advocacy and evidence-based education, you can confidently make the best decisions for your unique journey.

Outside of doula work, my happy place is at home in the Montrose with my wonderful husband and teen-aged daughter. My spare time is spent traveling the globe, star-gazing in far-west Texas or recharging with a cup of coffee and the next book.
