Houston – Inner and Outer Loop, Bellaire, and Memorial
Hola, I am Vio. I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) full spectrum doula, certified HypnoBirthing®️ educator, and motherhood coach serving families in The Woodlands and the greater Houston area. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, and moved to the United States in 2020, carrying with me my culture’s deep sense of community, warmth, and connection.
My own birth experiences shaped everything about the way I serve today. I had two unmedicated water births, one at a birth center and one at home. Those moments transformed how I see birth, motherhood, and the power that lives within each of us. Through my own births, I felt a deep calling to support women in discovering their inner strength, releasing fear, and trusting in their ability to bring their babies into the world with calmness and confidence.
Before becoming a doula, I worked as an elementary school teacher. Creating safe, loving, and supportive environments has always been part of who I am. Today, that same intention guides my work with families. I walk beside parents through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, helping them prepare for this journey with clarity, trust, and joy.
My approach blends evidence based education, emotional support, mindset coaching, and the mind body practices of HypnoBirthing®️. I believe birth can be joyful, powerful, and deeply transformative for everyone involved. My role is to help families release fear, feel empowered, and embrace birth as a positive and life changing experience.
As a motherhood coach, I support women as they navigate the emotional and mental transitions of matrescence. I help them reconnect with themselves, strengthen their confidence, and cultivate tools that serve them not only in birth but throughout motherhood.
When I am not working with families, you will find me enjoying a good cup of coffee, reading, coaching, or spending present and intentional time with my husband and our two little ones. Practicing presence is one of the greatest lessons motherhood has given me, and it is also what I hope to inspire in the families I support.
It is an honor to walk beside growing families and to support them as they welcome their babies with peace, empowerment, and joy.
